Bidding Adieu to Ohio

Well, it's still snowing in Wyoming so I've got that going for me.

Everything I own is either boxed up for storage or packed in suitcases for me to take to Wyoming and I've had "Leaving on a Jet Plane" playing in my head for the last 6 weeks. I am ready to be in Wyoming. For those who don't know, I'm going to the Grand Teton National Park with A Christian Ministry in the National Park (www.acmnp.com) as part of a ministry team that leads worship services during the summer season. People on the ministry team also work full time jobs in the park; I'm working at Jenny Lake Lodge as a front desk agent.

I'll be working in the Tetons from May 25 until October 11 and I cannot wait. I'm excited to be working again; I've missed having a job. When I get back in October, I'm moving back to Columbus to go on staff with Jacob's Porch, an OSU campus ministry. I'll be the leader of the Jacob's Porch covenant house, a house of college students living in intentional Christian community.

I'll be updating this blog at least once a week this summer, and you can contact me through Facebook, Twitter, email, phone, or letters (my address is at the top of this page).
